Data Deletion
DCAST (operated by PROFIGROUP LLC) lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any data we received through connected third-party services such as Facebook or Instagram (Meta).
How to request deletion of your data
- From your DCAST account: sign in, open Settings → Account, and choose Delete my account & data.
- By email: write to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your data. Include any username or connected Facebook or Instagram handle so we can locate your records.
- Via Facebook / Instagram (Meta): if you connected DCAST through Facebook or Instagram Login, removing the DCAST app from your Facebook or Instagram settings automatically sends us a deletion signal. We then process the deletion and give you a confirmation code; visiting this page with that code (
?code=…) shows its status.
What we delete
We remove your profile and account data, content you created, and tokens or identifiers tied to connected accounts (such as your Instagram user identifier). Some records may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for financial/accounting obligations; those are kept only as long as legally required and are otherwise deleted.
How long it takes
We process verified deletion requests promptly, normally within 30 days. If you submitted a request through Instagram, use the confirmation code we returned to check the status on this page.
