Dcast Creator Site Agreement
Effective Date: January 15, 2025
Last Updated: June 30, 2026
This Creator Site Agreement ("Agreement") is an integral part of Dcast's Terms of Service and governs your use of subdomain and custom domain services for your personal creator site. By activating a subdomain (e.g., yoursite.dcast.pro) or custom domain (e.g., yoursite.com), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
1.1 Eligibility
- Subdomain Services: Available for STAR, PRO, and VIP subscription plans
- Custom Domain Services: Available for PRO and VIP subscription plans only
- You must have an active Dcast account in good standing
- You must accept Dcast's Terms of Service and this Agreement before activation
1.2 Acceptance Required
Before we activate your subdomain or custom domain, you must:
(a) Read and understand this Agreement and our Terms of Service;
(b) Accept that you are solely responsible for all content published on your site;
(c) Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
(d) Confirm that you will not use the domain to impersonate, mislead, or infringe on third-party rights;
(e) Acknowledge that Dcast may suspend or terminate your domain services if you violate these terms.
2. Domain Services
2.1 Subdomain Services
Dcast provides subdomain services (e.g., yoursite.dcast.pro) for eligible subscription plans. Subdomains are subject to:
- Availability checks and reserved word restrictions
- DNS propagation time (may take up to 24-48 hours)
- Automatic DNS record management through Cloudflare

2.3 Domain Restrictions
You may not use subdomains or custom domains that:
- Infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property rights

2.4 Embedded Monetization Features
If you embed Dcast monetization features — paid-content checkout, tips or donations, subscriptions, or embedded paid players — on your subdomain, custom domain, or any other website or application via the API or embed tools, you must declare, in your Dcast account, every domain on which those features are deployed. Dcast restricts payment, donation, and subscription forms to your declared domains; they will not function on undeclared origins. Dcast may verify declared domains and may suspend monetization for any deployment that is undeclared, misrepresented, or otherwise non-compliant with this Agreement or our Community Guidelines.
