Multi-destination streaming

Add YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or a custom destination

Connect each platform you want to receive your broadcast.

Before you start

  • Your restream flow is created.
  • Your destination platform accounts are ready to go live.
  • You have the stream key (and server URL if required) from each platform.

Steps

  1. 1Open the restream flow.
  2. 2Click Add Destination.
  3. 3Select the platform type — YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, or Custom RTMP.
  4. 4For YouTube and Twitch, paste the stream key from your creator studio.
  5. 5For Custom RTMP, paste both the server URL and stream key.
  6. 6Give the destination a recognizable name — for example "YouTube Main Channel".
  7. 7Click Save.
  8. 8Repeat for every platform you want to reach.
  9. 9All destinations now appear in the flow.

Expected result

Each platform is listed as a destination in the flow. They are ready for a test.

Common problems

The stream key was rejected.

Generate a fresh key on the destination platform — keys can expire or be reset.

A custom RTMP destination does not connect.

Check that the server URL uses the correct format (rtmp://) and that the platform allows incoming RTMP.

I accidentally added the same platform twice.

Delete the duplicate destination before going live.
