Sell 1-on-1 sessions and live classes with Booking

Create a booking product, set your weekly availability, and let buyers pick a time and pay on your booking page.

Before you start

  • For a paid product, you have connected a payment gateway and finished its verification. Free products work without one.
  • You know your time zone and the hours you want to offer.

Steps

    Open your account menu (your avatar) and click Booking. The page opens on the Products tab.
  2. 2
    Click New product (or Create your first product). Under Basics choose the Type: 1-on-1 session or Live class (one-off group session).
  3. 3
    Fill in Title, Slug — lower-case letters, digits and dashes, it becomes part of the address — and Description.

    Under Pricing & duration set the Price and Currency, the Duration (min) and a Buffer (min) between sessions. For a live class set the number of seats — at least 2 — and a start at least one hour ahead.

    Optionally set the Refund window (days), add Intake questions for the buyer, and a thumbnail.

    Click Save & publish (for a live class: Save & open ticket sales), or Save draft to finish later.

    Open the Availability tab: choose Your timezone, paint your hours on the Weekly availability grid, set Min notice (minutes) and Max advance (days), add Blackout dates for days off, and click Save availability.

    Back on Products, use View public page on the product row to open your booking page and copy its address for your audience.

Expected result

Your booking page shows the product, a buyer picks a time under When, fills in Your info and pays with Pay & confirm (or Buy ticket for a class), and the booking appears on the Bookings tab.

Common problems

Saving a paid product says an active payment gateway is required.

Connect a payment gateway under Monetization and finish its verification, then save the product again.

A buyer says the slot was just booked.

Someone else took that time a moment earlier. The buyer picks another time from the list.

A live class cannot be saved.

A live class needs at least 2 seats and a start at least one hour in the future.

The Discount codes tab sends me to Promo codes and I cannot create a code.

Discount codes for bookings are made under Monetization → Promo codes, with Applies to set to Bookings. Creating codes is part of the VIP plan.
