View and manage your subscribers

See who subscribes to you, which tier they are on, and how your subscriber count changes over time.

Before you start

  • At least one subscriber has joined.
  • You are on the Monetization page.

Steps

  1. 1Open Monetization → Subscribers.
  2. 2You see a list of all active subscribers with their tier and subscription date.
  3. 3Click on a subscriber to see more details.
  4. 4You can see whether they are on a monthly or annual plan.
  5. 5Use the search or filter to find a specific subscriber.
  6. 6If a subscriber has a billing problem, Stripe handles that automatically — no action needed on your end.
  7. 7Use the subscriber count chart to track growth week by week.

Expected result

You can see a clear list of who subscribes to you and how your subscriber base is growing.

Common problems

A subscriber says they cannot access content.

Ask them to sign out and back in. Also confirm their subscription is still active — they may have cancelled.

My subscriber count dropped.

Some subscribers may have cancelled or had a failed payment. Check the Subscribers list for cancelled status.

A subscriber wants a refund.

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Contact support with the subscriber email and they can help process it.
