Create subscription tiers
Set up monthly subscription levels with different prices and perks, so viewers can choose how to support you.
Before you start
- Monetization is active on your account.
- You have an idea of what benefits to offer at each price level.
Steps
- 1Open Monetization → Tiers.
- 2Click Create Tier.
- 3Enter a tier name — for example "Supporter", "Fan", or "VIP".
- 4Set the monthly price.
- 5Write a short description of what subscribers at this tier receive.
- 6Add benefits such as: access to subscriber-only streams, exclusive videos, or early access.
- 7Click Save.
- 8Repeat to create additional tiers at different price points.
- 9Once tiers are saved, go to your streams or videos and set their access to match a tier.
Expected result
Your subscription tiers appear on your public profile and viewers can subscribe at the price level they choose.
Common problems
Tiers are saved but not visible on my public page.
Make sure your public page (Site Customization) has the Subscriptions section enabled.
I cannot change the price after creating a tier.
Stripe requires a new tier for price changes. Create a new tier and migrate existing subscribers if needed.
No one is subscribing.
Make sure the content behind the tier is clearly described and that at least one stream or video is set to subscriber-only.
