Plans and payments
Upgrade or change your plan
Move from one plan to another and understand exactly what the button is about to charge you.
Before you start
- You are on the Billing page.
- You know which plan you want.
- You have a card, a PayPal account, or another supported way to pay ready.
Steps
- 1Read the button on the plan you want. On FREE it says Choose Plan; on a paid plan, a more expensive card shows the price difference you will be charged.
- 2Click the button. A checkout window opens with the plan name and the amount at the top.
- 3Pick how you want to be billed: a one-time payment, a monthly subscription, or a year paid up front.
- 4The annual option shows the discount it saves compared with paying month by month.
- 5Choose a payment provider from the list.
- 6Complete the payment in the window that opens.
- 7The window closes and the dashboard opens with the new plan already applied.
Expected result
The card of your new plan reads Current Plan, and the plan badge next to the logo changes colour.
Common problems
The button on the plan I want is greyed out.
A greyed-out button means it is already your current plan, or it is FREE — FREE is the baseline and cannot be bought.
The amount is smaller than the price of the plan.
That is correct for an upgrade: moving up from a paid plan charges the difference between the two plans, not the full price.
I want a cheaper plan.
A cheaper plan is offered as a normal plan choice, not as a refund. Open a support ticket first if you paid for the current plan recently.
I paid but the plan did not change.
Wallet payments can take up to three minutes to confirm. Leave the page open — it updates by itself when the confirmation arrives.
