Plans and payments

See your plan and what it includes

Find the plan your account is on right now and read the limits that come with it.

Before you start

  • You are signed in to your DCAST account.
  • You can see your avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Steps

    Click your avatar in the top right corner and choose Billing. The coloured plan badge next to the logo opens the same page.

    Look at the Available Plans row: FREE, STAR, PRO and VIP are shown side by side.
  3. 3
    Find the card whose button reads Current Plan — that is the plan your account is on.
  4. 4
    Read the feature list on that card. It names the limits that apply to you: storage, streaming, and the tools you can open.

    Check the price line. Prices are shown per month, in the currency of the site you are signed in to.

    If you never bought a plan, FREE is your plan. FREE is the baseline and is never charged.

    Scroll down to Payment Methods to see which ways of paying this site accepts.

Expected result

You know which of the four plans is active, what it includes, and what it costs on this site.

Common problems

The page shows FREE, but I paid for a plan.

Reload the page — it re-reads your plan from the server every time it opens. If it still shows FREE, open a support ticket and give the date of the payment.

There is no Billing entry in my account menu.

Billing is hidden when the finances of your account are handled by a parent account. Ask the person who invited you to the account.

The prices are not in my local currency.

Prices follow the site you are on, not your location. Each DCAST brand has its own currency and its own price list.
