Add the DHUB add-on

Unlock DHUB from the billing page, monthly or for a year, without changing your plan.

Before you start

  • You are on the Billing page.
  • You have scrolled past the plan cards to the DHUB add-on block.

Steps

    Read the state of the card. It says whether DHUB is included with your plan, already active on your account, or available to unlock.

    If DHUB is included or already active, there is nothing to buy — open the DHUB tab in the dashboard and start using it.
  3. 3
    To unlock it, switch between Monthly and Yearly. The price under the switch changes with your choice.
  4. 4
    Click the unlock button. A separate checkout window opens for the add-on; it does not change your plan.
  5. 5
    Pay in that window.
  6. 6
    Stay on the page. The card re-checks your account for a few seconds and turns into the active state on its own.
  7. 7
    Open the DHUB tab in the dashboard to confirm the panel is no longer locked.

Expected result

The DHUB card reads as active, and the DHUB tab in your dashboard opens instead of showing a lock.

Common problems

There is no DHUB block on my billing page.

DHUB is not offered on every DCAST site. The block is also hidden while its status cannot be read — reload the page.

The DHUB tab is still locked after I paid.

Give it a few seconds on the billing page, then reload the dashboard. If it is still locked, open a support ticket.

I want DHUB but not a bigger plan.

That is exactly what the add-on is for. It is bought separately and leaves your plan untouched.
